GridPilot sells downloadable cryptocurrency trading bot software packages ("Bot Packages") that automate trading activity on supported exchanges (Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC). The Software runs locally on your computer or VPS. GridPilot does not hold, custody, or access your funds at any time.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Software with third parties. Full license terms are included in the LICENSE.txt file within each downloaded package.
The Software and all related content are provided for automation purposes only. Nothing in the Software, documentation, or any communications from GridPilot constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Software.
Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk of financial loss. By using the Software, you acknowledge that:
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at GridPilot's sole discretion if the Software is proven materially non-functional as described. Contact info@tradepilot.de within 7 days of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GridPilot shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, regardless of cause.
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. GridPilot does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or that exchange API compatibility will be maintained indefinitely.
You are responsible for the security of your exchange API keys. GridPilot recommends using API keys with withdrawal permissions disabled. GridPilot has no access to your API keys or exchange accounts.
GridPilot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
